The week so far . . .

Morgan

For the last 3 weeks I have been thinking about how to start this blog, but I thought I better stop thinking and start typing.

Sunday – Church made me feel good. Me and my ladies went on Palm Sunday to start the Holy week. Got home, got the bike out and did a 20 mile round trip ride. Last time I tried to do that route I got ran over breaking my tiba, fiba, ribs and cracking my hip! It was a good ride – need to get on it more often.

Monday, brought my new shoes in preparation for my 26 mile walk in aid of Birmingham Children’s Hospital on 8th May. My Nike Pegasus feel so comfortable, I surely can not fail this walk (maybe).

Tuesday – Confirmed the deal to locate Supatrax and Sticky Radio in a youth media centre (verbal confirmation and an email!). Going to need to get the team together to make the most out of the venture. The team need to go in hard on this project, if they acting sloppy, their going to have to step a side. After a few invoices, emails and setting up a website, I went to the park with my ladies, enjoyed the sun and lost at football on the evening in a mid-week game.

Wednesday – Completed some CIPR training in London on how to effectively manage Internal Communications Unit. (will post further info on this in another post) and went on a 10 mile bike ride to build up fitness in preparation for my walk.

Today – my little lady went to her first dance lesson, it’s just what she needs . . . A class that pushes her and makes her wanna compete and challenge herself. The dance teacher, Chinky, has got an excellent set up – She does more than just dance, she works on their confidence, morals, manners, attitude as well as their dance. I like the how Chinky does her thing with the kids at the 100 Degrees Dance Collective in Winson Green Birmingham. Her and Hot Steppa are raising the par! Look out for them on the CBeebies kids dance competition (Let’s hope they win it! LOL!).

My Nephew aslo won his first Easter Bonnet competition at Nursery – Hw obviously get his creatively from his Uncle! LOL!
